Our services comply with local regulations, and we take on projects that do not require permits or those that can be subcontracted under a licensed general contractor.
No refunds will be provided once a project has been completed. However, if there are any concerns regarding the quality of work, customers are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Knight Group Business & IT Solutions are tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are determined on a case by case basis.
Full returns will be eligible for customers who pay for services in advance for services that are not rendered.
