- Handyman Services: We provide unlicensed handyman services strictly within Pinellas County, Florida. Services offered do not include tasks that require a professional license.
- Programming & Database Services: Remote programming and database services are available. In some cases, projects may not be completed due to time constraints or insufficient compensation. However, accepted projects will typically be completed unless otherwise specified.
- Handcrafted Wooden Furniture & Artistic Resins: We offer handcrafted wooden furniture and artistic resins, which can be purchased in person or ordered for shipping. Shipping arrangements are made upon acceptance of the order.
Knight Group reserves the right to refuse services or products under specific conditions, including but not limited to:
- Violation of local laws (e.g., requesting unlicensed work beyond the scope of handyman services).
- Inability to complete programming or coding projects due to time or financial constraints.
2. Payment Terms
Knight Group accepts the following forms of payment:
- PayPal
- Venmo
- Credit/Debit Cards (via PayPal credit card reader or a business card scanner)
Payment Policies:
- Payments must be made in full at the time of service or upon agreement for larger projects.
- Any fees related to payment processing (e.g., PayPal or credit card fees) may be passed on to the customer, if applicable.
- For shipped products, payment must be received before the order is processed and shipped.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Handyman Services: Once services have commenced, cancellations may not be accepted. If unsatisfactory work is reported, Knight Group will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis but is not responsible for damages beyond the scope of the original work.
- Programming & Database Services: If a project cannot be completed due to time or resource constraints, customers may receive a partial refund based on the work already completed. Refunds will not be offered for completed work.
- Furniture & Resin Sales: All sales of handcrafted wooden furniture and artistic resins are final. Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns or refunds are not available unless the item is damaged during shipping.
