Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales of wooden furniture and artistic resins are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once they have been purchased, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. The following conditions must be met:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Knight Group's handyman services are provided on an unlicensed basis, with work performed exclusively in Pinellas County, Florida. Once a project has been completed, no refunds will be provided. If there is an issue with the work, we encourage customers to contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with services after the work has been completed, as detailed in our Terms of Service.
Our programming and database services are customized to the specific needs of each client. As such, refunds for programming work will generally not be provided unless the issue is directly caused by Knight Group.
If a project is incomplete due to time constraints or insufficient pay, no refund will be given for the portion of the work already completed. However, in the event of failure to deliver the agreed-upon functionality, Knight Group will review the situation and may offer a partial refund if the fault lies with us.
Clients are encouraged to contact us within 14 days of project completion if they have concerns about the work.
